Havells air purifier with 9-stage filtration process in India

Havells India on Thursday introduced its new line up of air purifiers with a 9-stage filtration process in the country at a starting price of Rs 14,490.

The price of the new air purifier line up goes up to Rs 43,290.

According to the company, the new devices curb and eliminate air-borne pollutants as small as 0.3 micron and capture pollutants up to 99.99 per cent.

"The first of its kind -- 9 stage filtration process -- is a testament to Havells' commitment to provide superior comfort and well-being for discerning consumers. Precautionary measures, taken in time, to protect ourselves against rampant air-borne diseases will help prevent many pulmonary, infective and respiratory problems later," Ravindra Singh Negi, President-Electrical Consumer Durables, Havells India, said in a statement.

The new devices feature built-in dust sensors, and come with front cover open protection, LED air purity indicator and ioniser.

With efficiency and a powerful air-purification system, the range offers CADR up to 500 m3/hr.
