2 killed in US bar shooting

Washington, Jan 27: Two people were killed and four others injured during a shooting at a bar in the US state of South Carolina, officials said.

The shooting took place on Sunday at Mac's Lounge in Hartsville, about an hour away from state capital Columbia, reports Xinhua news agency.

Hartsville Police Department said that the two victims were pronounced dead at the scene, and the injured were being treated at local hospitals.

No arrest has been made so far, the department's spokeswoman, Lauren Baker.
