PEARL owners Gary and Rubel Sikka share the vision with media

As life settles down, Gary Sikka with son Rubel has opened a world class banquet facility in the heart of Hicksville in New York.

"We can host a party with any cuisine and serve up to 400 guests. It was a dream and we have finally made it come true", said Gary Sikka to the guests from media in a press conference hosted at beautiful Pearl banquets inaugurated recently.

Gary is known for his culinary skills and affable nature in Manhattan at Mint earlier in 90s and now a household name in Long Island for his facility in Garden city with same name.

Mint is the choice of most for a dinner or catering in a big event in this region. "We have done parties for thousands of guests since I first started. We care and cook from heart", said Gary the reason for the success.

The press was invited to showcase the facility and share the vision of father-son duo who hosted the media fraternity at the $7 million facility with a parking for more than 150 in the sprawling banquet facility. Named after the grand daughter Pearl is a much needed place for all parties.

Hicksville has grown multifold. The Pearl is located on Old Country road in Hicksville where community has grown extraordinarily in recent times. "We felt there is an immense need and decided before pandemic to build Pearl. But we got delayed and prices went up. Still we have left no stone unturned to make this state-of-the-art facility", said Gary. Pearl is ready to serve all communities with any cuisine. With upcoming festival season, pearl is set for a grand start.

Media friends joined Gary and family to confirm their support and were treated to a sumptuous dinner after a QA and greetings from all. Sikka family has made the mark.
