CAPAC Condemns Act of Hate Targeting BAPS Hindu Temple
WASHINGTON, D.C. — March 14:
The Congressional Asian Pacific American Caucus issued a statement after the BAPS Shri Swaminarayan Mandir in Chino Hills — the largest Hindu temple in California — was vandalized in an act of hate.
CAPAC strongly condemns this vile act of hate. The BAPS community has been the target of multiple attacks in recent months, and these incidents must be investigated thoroughly to ensure the perpetrators are held accountable.
“No one should feel unsafe in their place of worship. We stand in solidarity with the Hindu community and will continue to monitor developments from law enforcement.”
