Rebel Foods achieves ₹1,000 crore in sales through the cloud kitchen model.
Starting in 2011 as a small kati roll venture, Rebel Foods created a revolution in the food industry through the cloud kitchen model and achieved sales of over ₹1,000 crore. The initiative was launched by IIM graduates Jaydeep Barman and Kallol Banerjee.
The company’s financial growth has been rapid. Revenue, which stood at ₹859 crore in the 2022 financial year, rose to ₹1,420 crore in 2024. This growth highlights both the success of the company’s cloud kitchen model and the potential of the market.
Rebel Foods currently operates over 450 cloud kitchens across more than 70 cities in India and abroad. The company first gained recognition through its brand, Faasos.
