Days before the deadly CBP shooting, video purports to show Alex Pretti brutally damaging an SUV and spitting at federal officials.

The video, which was purportedly shot on January 13, was made public by the News Movement on Wednesday. It depicts a man who looks like Pretti and has a beard, spectacles, and clothes that are similar to what he was wearing when he was killed.

Before kicking the taillight of a government SUV and breaking it, the man is seen yelling and spitting at federal agents. Agents get out of the car, approach him, and drag him to the ground while he continuously yells "f--- you" and gives the double middle finger.
