Houston Malayali Community Gears Up for Kerala Election 2026 Debate

Houston:
In the lead-up to the 2026 Kerala Legislative Assembly elections, political discussions are gaining traction among Malayali communities in the United States. Reflecting this growing engagement, a public debate titled “Ankathattu @ America” is set to be held in Houston.

The event is jointly organized by the Malayalee Association of Greater Houston (MAGH) and the Houston Chapter of the India Press Club of North America (IPCNA). The debate will take place on Sunday, March 29 at 5:30 PM at Kerala House, Stafford.

Organizers said the program has already attracted strong interest from the local Malayali community. The event is open to the public, and all those interested in Kerala’s political developments are invited to attend.

Representatives associated with Kerala’s major political fronts — LDF, UDF, and NDA — are expected to participate, presenting their viewpoints on key issues and engaging in discussions. The format will also include opportunities for audience interaction and questions.

The debate will be broadcast live and is expected to receive coverage across various media platforms.
