First IPC NRI Global Conference Begins July 24 in Philadelphia

PHILADELPHIA:
The inaugural IPC NRI Global Conference will be held from July 24–26 at the Four Points by Sheraton Hotel in Northeast Philadelphia. With only a few days remaining, organizers have completed all preparations for the historic gathering, according to Joy Thumpamon, Media Coordinator.

The conference will begin Friday morning with a ministers’ meeting, followed by the inaugural service in the evening. Rev. Dr. Valson Abraham, General President of IPC, will inaugurate the conference. Dr. George Mathew, Global Convener of IPC NRI, will preside, while Dr. Thomas Kidangalil, Global Secretary, will deliver the welcome address. Messages will be delivered by Rev. Dr. Valson Abraham and Pastor Nooruddin Mulla.

Saturday’s program will begin with a Bible study, followed by a youth meeting led by Bro. Alex Chandy, Youth Director. Pastor Steve John will minister the Word of God. A seminar at 11:00 a.m. on the theme “Preparing Young People for World Evangelization” will feature Rev. Dr. Chris Jackson and Bro. Bimal John, with Pastor Dr. Alvin David presiding.

The Ladies’ Meeting on Saturday afternoon will feature Sister Aksa Peterson as the guest speaker. Shirley Chacko, Global Ladies Coordinator, will introduce the speaker. Sister Laly Abraham will deliver the welcome address, and Sister Mercy Philip will preside over the meeting.

The Saturday evening service will be chaired by Dr. Thomas Kidangalil, with messages from Rev. Nooruddin Mulla, Dr. Baby Varughese, and Rev. Dr. Chris Jackson.

The conference will conclude Sunday morning with the Holy Communion service, presided over by Rev. Dr. Monis George. Dr. Baby Varughese and Rev. Dr. Valson Abraham will deliver the messages. Dr. Sunny Philip will speak on the significance of Holy Communion, while Dr. George Mathew will lead the Communion service, assisted by ministers from various states across the United States.

The vote of thanks will be delivered by Abraham Baby, Global Treasurer.

Music ministry throughout the conference will be led by renowned gospel singers Pastor Mark Tribhuvan (Mumbai, India), Sister Ramya Sarah Jacob (Kerala, India), and Sister Ancy Finny (Canada), together with the IPC NRI Worship Team.

According to Joy Thumpamon, Media Coordinator, the vision of the first IPC NRI Global Conference is to bring IPC believers from around the world together under one platform, strengthen Christian fellowship, and inspire greater commitment to evangelism, missions, and humanitarian outreach.
