Dr. Tim Hill to Speak at Southwest Church of God Annual Convention in Houston

HOUSTON, TX:
Southwest Church of God in Stafford, Texas, will host its Annual Convention 2026 on Friday, August 14, and Saturday, August 15, featuring internationally known Christian leader and speaker Dr. Tim Hill as the guest speaker.

Dr. Hill, a respected minister, author, and worship leader, previously served as General Overseer of the Church of God. With decades of ministry and leadership experience, he has preached and ministered across the United States and around the world.

Under the theme “Inspiring. Biblical. Impactful.”, the convention will bring together believers from the Greater Houston area for two evenings of worship, fellowship, and the ministry of the Word. The evening services will begin at 6:30 p.m. on both Friday and Saturday.

A special “Mission Challenge” session will be held on Saturday, August 15, at 10:30 a.m., featuring Dr. Sushil Mathew, Regional Superintendent of Church of God World Missions, as the speaker. The special session will emphasize the importance of missions and the Church’s continuing responsibility to take the Gospel to communities and nations around the world.

The convention will be held at Southwest Church of God, 235 Avenue E, Stafford, TX 77477.
