Actor found dead in Kolkata

Leading Bengali TV actor Ronen
Chakraborty was found dead in a pond here after an alleged late night
swim, police said on Saturday.
A family member said he went for a swim with two friends at around 1 a.m. and went missing soon after.
Police
said his body was recovered from a pond in Survey Park in south Kolkata
at around 4 a.m. and brought to M.R. Bangur Hospital where he was
declared brought dead.
A familiar face on the Bengali small
screen, Ronen, popularly known as Ronnie, was currently working in Star
Jalsha's mega serial "Jol Nupur".
