Directing National award winners in 'Ko 2' was exciting: Sarath
Chennai, July 15 Debutant director Sarath says it was quite an exciting experience to direct two National Award winners Prakash Raj and Bobby Simhaa in his upcoming Tamil political thriller "Ko 2", which is nearing completion.
"Prakash Raj sir creates magic with his acting in every scene. Bobby, on the other hand, is a methodical actor and his National Award at such an early stage of his career is proof of his capability. It was so exciting to work with them," Sarath said in a statement.
"The combination scenes between Prakash and Bobby are like an acting marathon. Their competitiveness in acting is a pure delight to watch," he said.
The film, which also features Nikki Galrani, should not be confused as the sequel to Tamil blockbuster "Ko".
"Our film is not a sequel to 'Ko'. It only takes the franchise forward by inheriting some qualities from it. 'Ko 2' is packed with plenty of surprises," he added.
Produced by RS Infotainment, the film will flash the lights on menacing, behind the lines of a politician.
