Adriano extends contract with Barcelona until 2017
Barcelona, March 16: Barcelona football club announced on Wednesday that Brazilian defender Adriano Correia has extended his contract until June 2017.
"First team player Adriano Correia confirmed on Tuesday his decision to extend his contract with FC Barcelona by one season, as was the option in his current contract," the Spanish club said on its official website on Wednesday.
Despite this extension, Adriano is one of the players who may leave Barcelona next summer so the club could get a higher value if the Brazilian joined another team, reports Efe.
