Rio Olympics: Shuttlers Attri, Reddy cruise to easy win
Rio de Janeiro, Aug 14
Indian shuttlers Manu Attri and Sumeeth Reddy defeated Hiroyuki Endo and K. Hayakawa of Japan in straight games in a Group D match of the men's doubles competition at the Rio Olympics here.
The Indians fought off a spirited challenge by the Japanese duo in the opening game to win 23-21, 21-11 in just 34 minutes at the Riocentro Pavilion 4 here on Saturday.
