Russian shot putter Evgeniya Kolodko has been stripped of his 2012 Olympic silver for failing her anti-doping test, the International Olympic Committee (IOC) has said.
The decision was taken after the re-tests of doping samples from the 2012 Olympic Games, the IOC said in a statement on Saturday, reports Tass.
The decision which enters into force immediately was taken after the re-tests of doping samples from the 2012 Olympic Games.
"Re-analysis of Kolodko's samples from London 2012 resulted in a positive test for the prohibited substances Dehydrochlormethyltestosterone and Ipamorelin," the statement said.
