Salman Khan's foundation, Mandhana sign exclusivity pact

Bollywood superstar Salman Khan's "Being Human" brand will now be exclusively marketed, distributed and sold by Mandhana Retail Ventures Limited (MRVL), a company statement said.

"Henceforth MRVL is the exclusive licensee to market, distribute and sell the products under the trade mark of brand 'Being Human'," Mandhana Industries informed the BSE in a statement here on Friday.

MVRL is the resulting company following the demerger of the retail business of Mandhana Industries.

The shares of Mandhana Industries were trading 4.98 per cent higher at Rs 101.20 apiece at 2.56 p.m. after the announcement.
