Demonetisation has killed over 90 people: Mamata
Kolkata, Dec 8: West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee on Thursday targeted Prime Minister Narendra Modi over demonetisation, saying it had killed over 90 people.
"One month since demonetisation was announced. More than 90 lives lost. How many more Modi babu?" Banerjee tweeted.
The Trinamool Congress supremo tweeted a list of 90 names who she said had died while standing in queue in banks or ATMs or committed suicide due to lack of cash after the November 8 note ban.
