New Jersey murders were not hate crimes, police report
The murders of Sasikala Narra, 38 and her son, Anish Sai (6) at the Fox Meadows Apartment in Maple Shade in New Jersey, were not seemed to be hate crimes, according to police.
Both had been stabbed to death according to the Burlington County Prosecutor's Office, a report in Cinnaminson Patch said.
Officers from the Maple Shade Police Department were called to the Hamilton Road residence Thursday just after 9 p.m. by Sasikala’s husband after he found the bodies. They had each been stabbed multiple times, Burlington County Prosecutor Robert D. Bernardi and Maple Shade Police Chief Gary C. Gubbei said Friday morning. No arrests had been made as of late Friday morning.
Autopsies were to be performed on Friday.
The prosecutor's office didn't say where the husband was before he discovered the bodies of his wife and son, but said they are investigating.
