Barcelona deny Atletico forward Griezmann approach

Madrid, Dec 20 Catalan football giants Barcelona denied pursuing Atletico Madrid star forward Antoine Griezmann following the complaint filed by the latter club to FIFA.

"Barcelona have not negotiated with any player, so we understand that no irregularity has been committed," a club spokesman was quoted as saying by Spanish website Marca on Tuesday.

The 26-year-old Frenchman, however remains highly linked with a transfer move to English football giants Manchester United.
