Brazil's Arthur thrilled to join Barcelona
Barcelona, July 12 : Brazilian midfielder Arthur Melo said he was very happy to be the newest member of La Liga champions FC Barcelona.
"To be part of the greatest team in the world, with the best players in the world, makes me feel privileged," the 21-year-old Arthur said in comments posted on the Catalan club's official web site here on Wednesday, reports Efe.
"I always dreamed of putting on the FC Barcelona jersey. Today is a great day," he said. "Me and my new teammates will be going for titles."
Arthur, acquired from Gremio, signed a six-year contract with Barcelona.
