The National Testing Agency (NTA) has clarified that the exam will be conducted in OMR format in a single shift on a single day. The decision is based on the directives of the National Medical Commission. Amid widespread allegations of malpractice in last year's exam, there were reports suggesting changes in this year's exam pattern. The Dr. K. Radhakrishnan Committee, which submitted recommendations to ensure transparency in the examination process, had also proposed conducting the exam online.
