Renascent Media is proud to officially launch #OakTreeStories, a new community initiative created to celebrate and promote the people, businesses, culture and vibrant character of Oak Tree Road while bringing greater awareness and recognition to the area as a thriving business district and South Asian destination.
Renascent Media extends its sincere appreciation to Woodbridge Township Mayor John E. McCormac and the Woodbridge Township team for their support and encouragement in helping bring the #OakTreeStories initiative to life. Their cooperation and commitment to the community have been invaluable as we work to promote Oak Tree Road, support its businesses, and create a cleaner, greener and more welcoming business district.The initiative will officially launch with #OakTreeStories - Bollywood Jamming on Saturday, October 10, 2026, at 1376 Oak Tree Road, Iselin, New Jersey.
Presented by Raj Jewels Bansal Group, Bollywood Jamming will bring the community together for an afternoon andevening of live Bollywood music, instrumental performances, dance, rap, community engagement, brand activations and giveaways - while encouraging residents and visitors to experience Oak Tree Road, shop local and support the many businesses that make up the district.
The entertainment lineup will feature Madhukar Kshirsagar, Om Guha, rapper KSD, Raja and Team - "Keeping Bollywood Alive," and Karan's Kissa: The Collective, bringing together Bollywood favorites, Indian classical sounds,live music, rap and contemporary performances across generations on one vibrant community stage.
The event will also welcome Woodbridge Township Mayor John E. McCormac, Caroline Ehrlich, Chief of Staff for Woodbridge Township, and Councilman Virbhadra "Viru" Patel, along with local business and community representatives."An initiative like this would not be possible without the support and cooperation of the Township," said Tanvi Prenita Chandra, Founder & President of Renascent Media. "We are grateful for their encouragement as we work to bring greater recognition to Oak Tree Road, support its businesses, engage the community, and create a cleaner, greener and more welcoming business district."

A Cleaner, Greener Oak Tree Road
The October 10 launch will go beyond entertainment. As part of #OakTreeStories, Renascent Media is also launching a community effort focused on helping create a cleaner, greener and more welcoming Oak Tree Road
On October 10, players from the Old Bridge High School Boys Volleyball Team will volunteer their time to help clean Oak Tree Road, covering the stretch from Middlesex Avenue to Correja Avenue.Renascent Media extends a special thank you to the Old Bridge High School Boys Volleyball Team for stepping forward to support the community. Their participation reflects the spirit behind #OakTreeStories - bringing together young people, businesses, residents and community organizations to take pride in and care for the Oak Tree Road business district.
The initiative will also encourage local businesses and community members to go green by adding plants and greenery along Oak Tree Road, helping beautify the district and create a more welcoming environment for shoppers, businesses and visitors
With the support and approval of Woodbridge Township, #OakTreeStories will also transform one of the benches along Oak Tree Road with an Indian-inspired artistic design by Medha Art Studio, bringing color, creativity and cultural character to the streetscape. Renascent Media extends a special thank you to the Township for supporting this beautification effort and to Medha Art Studio for contributing their artistic talent to help make Oak Tree Road even more welcoming and reflective of the vibrant community it represents.
