A vibrant celebration of music, culture and community brings enthusiastic crowds together andlaunches the Cleaner • Greener • Stronger Oak Tree initiative

Woodbridge Township Mayor John E. McCormac, joined by Chief ofStaff Caroline Ehrlich and Councilman Virbhadra “Viru” Patel, attended the #OakTreeStories – Bollywood Jamming celebration organized by Renascent Media on Saturday, October 10, at the RajJewels Bansal Group parking lot on Oak Tree Road in Iselin, New Jersey

The event drew enthusiastic crowds throughout the day, bringing together families, local businesses, artists, community leaders and participating brands in a lively celebration of Bollywood music, culture and community spirit.

A special highlight was the unveiling of a beautifully painted bench celebrating the cultural identity of Oak Tree Road, alongside the launch of the Cleaner • Greener • Stronger Oak Tree initiative. #OakTreeStories, created by Renascent Media, promotes Oak Tree Road as a vibrant shopping, dining and cultural destination while encouraging community pride and support for localbusinesses.

Celebrating Township Leadership and Community Support

Renascent Media extends its heartfelt appreciation to Woodbridge Township Mayor John E. McCormac, Caroline Ehrlich, Chief of Staff for Woodbridge Township, Councilman Virbhadra “Viru” Patel, and the entire Township team for their support and encouragement.

The event featured an engaging mix of live Bollywood music, Indian classical instruments, rap andcontemporary performances, creating a festive atmosphere that connected audiences across generations.Performances by talented singers and musicians brought energy and excitement to Oak Tree Road, while participating brands and businesses engaged with visitors through sampling, giveaways and interactive experiences.

The celebration demonstrated how music, culture and community engagement can create meaningful opportunities for local businesses and strengthen the identity of Oak Tree Road as a destination.

Cleaner • Greener • Stronger Oak Tree

Beyond entertainment, the event marked the launch of Cleaner • Greener • Stronger Oak Tree, a community-driven effort focused on beautification, environmental awareness and neighborhood pride.As part of the initiative, players from the Old Bridge High School Boys Volleyball Team volunteeredtheir time to support a community cleanup along Oak Tree Road, covering the stretch from Middlesex Avenue to Correja Avenue.

A special highlight was the beautification of a bench along Oak Tree Road, featuring Indian-inspired artwork created by Medha Art Studio with the support of Woodbridge Township.The completed bench was unveiled during the celebration, with photographs taken alongside the Mayor and community representatives, symbolizing a shared commitment to preserving and enhancing the character of the business district.

Renascent Media extends its sincere appreciation to the student volunteers, Medha Art Studio andeveryone who contributed to these efforts.
