Great Indian Knowledge Initiatives to start 6 schools in Kerala
Kochi, Jan 5 A Kochi based knowledge initiative group will launch six schools across Kerala in the next three years, with the first one to be opened in Kannur later in January, an official said.
The Great Indian Knowledge Initiatives Ltd. is promoted by a group of young educational entrepreneurs led by N.K. Sajiv Menon.
"We are envisaging an investment outlay of around Rs 150 crore for the first phase when we would be launching schools in Kannur, Thrissur, Palakkad, Kollam, Thiruvananthapuram and Kochi," the official said.
He said the schools would follow the integrated CBSE curriculum and would focus on illustrious system of modern education, rooted in values.
