Daniel beats Dominic in Sydney Open quarters
Sydney, Jan 13: British tennis player Daniel Evans defeated Dominic Thiem of Austria in the quarterfinals of the Sydney Open here.
Evans outplayed the Austrian 3-6, 6-4, 6-1 on Thursday, reports Efe.
The 26-year-old will now play in the semi-final against Russia's Andrey Kuznetsov, who defeated Spanish Pablo Carreno 2-6, 6-4, 6-1.
