Explosion hits German football team's bus
Berlin, April 12: A bomb explosion hit the bus carrying German football team Borussia Dortmund to a Champions League match on Tuesday, the club said in a tweet.
Dortmund defender and Spain international Marc Bartra was injured and in hospital, Xinhua news agency reported.
Explosions hit the team bus of Borussia Dortmund ahead of its first game of UEFA Champions League quarter-final against AS Monaco Tuesday evening.
The explosion triggered by three explosive subjects happened in the district Hoechsten of the western German city of Dortmund.
The match will be put off until 6:45 p.m. local time on Wednesday.
