Fluminense miss chance to move top of Brazil Serie A
Rio de Janeiro, June 7 Four-time champions Fluminense missed a chance to move to the top of the Brazilian Serie A football standings on Tuesday with a 1-1 draw at home against Atletico Paranaense.
Pablo opened the scoring for Paranaense at the Maracana stadium by firing in from close range before Reginaldo equalised with a header, reports Xinhua news agency.
The result left Fluminense third in the 20-team standings with 10 points from five matches while Atletico Paranaense were left in 18th place with just two points.
